The vibes here are off the charts. If you told me they were spinning records and playing them out the speakers, I’d believe it. It’s hip, trendy, and I’m sure TikTok approved. At the counter they had a display of the Einspanner drink. A tiramisu drink with house milk whipped cream, half & half, espresso, and cocoa powder. If it’s the spotlight then I have to see if it’ll shine.
The drink looks like something Eisenhower would have cooked up in the Oval Office. A line waiter couldn’t help but inquire about my drink after seeing it. It comes with a spoon and I immediately tried out the whipped cream on top. Wow it was divine. Smooth and light enough to want some strawberries to mix with it.
It was hard to drink without mixing because of the cream, so I regrettably stirred up the beautiful concoction. Afterwards, the drink was unsurprisingly creamy. Don’t get me wrong it was delicious, but it was also a little much for me. I got the tiramisu notes and it felt very rich with that cacao and cream. A fancier, tastier, and more creative frappuccino.
