My stomach is a black hole for coffee, so I may have just found my place. The inside gives off space ship vibes with the art, color scheme, and comfy seating layout. The parking lot is small, but there’s plenty of street parking around.

The baristas here aren’t super friendly, but that’s also kinda the vibe. Almost like you just gotta know or you’re not cool enough to be there. I asked about the cajeta latte and he said it was one of their most popular drinks, so I got the hot version while Amelia got the iced. Drinks came out quick and it was time to put our Pluto conversation on pause.
My first sip got a legit reaction of:
The best way to describe this is a liquid version of those Werther’s caramel sucker things. The caramel is at the forefront with the cinnamon complimenting the espresso. It’s rich with flavor without being overly sweet. This is one of the best drinks I’ve had so far in Houston and I was happy I went with the large mug (it was uncool when I responded to the drink size question by asking if there’s only one size for mugs) because I enjoyed every sip of it. The iced version was basically the same deal, but iced.
