On a road trip and I spot these at the Mecca of gas stations – Buc-ee’s. I love peanut butter. I love honey. How could I not love these?
Simple… they’re not good. I hate to be a hater, but I’m extremely disappointed in this $5 purchase. The pretzels taste more like sesame crackers and the filling is so dry that it almost tastes like part of the cracker. You can’t distinguish the texture and thus two of my favorite ingredients somehow fall flat.
Appearance wise it also looks nothing like the bag. Felt like a bait and switch as it’s selling a pretzel stick with creamy, smooth peanut butter inside… not whatever this is. Me and Amelia are both snacks people and it’s extremely rare where both of us won’t eat something.
